Complete AWS Transformation Coverage: Clearscale’s Migration Superpod Grows with Pluralsight and Archera
Clearscale, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, today announced the expansion of its Migration Superpod with two new additions: Clearscale Cloud Academy, a hands-on AWS training program powered by Pluralsight, and Archera, the cloud commitment optimization company. The additions extend the Superpod’s coverage to address two challenges that have historically fallen outside the scope of traditional migration engagements: workforce skills readiness and the financial risk of cloud commitment during migration.
Launched earlier this year, the Migration Superpod was designed to eliminate the vendor sprawl and accountability gaps that stall enterprise AWS migrations. By consolidating discovery, landing zone build-out, migration execution, application modernization, and post-go-live operations into a single accountable team, the Superpod model gives enterprise IT leaders a faster, lower-risk path to AWS transformation.
The expanded Superpod now includes eight specialized partners, each focused on a distinct domain of the migration journey.
Clearscale Cloud Academy, Powered by Pluralsight: AWS skills that make transformation last
Cloud migration ROI depends on what an organization’s team can do after go-live. Without the right skills in place, organizations risk returning to a cycle of external dependency. Clearscale Cloud Academy is an AWS training program built directly into Clearscale’s migration services. Powered by Pluralsight, it delivers role-based learning paths, labs, and skills assessments aligned to the AWS roles organizations need to fill from foundations and architecture through security, operations, and AI. Now, you get 90 days of Clearscale MSP and time to upskill teams to be ready to run and grow their AWS environment for day 2 operations.

“Cloud migration alone doesn’t deliver transformation, talent does. Including Pluralsight in the Superpod ensures our customers build and measure the skills needed to reduce risk, accelerate AWS adoption, and drive clear business outcomes,” said Andi Rose, Chief Growth Officer at Clearscale.
“Together with Clearscale, we’re ensuring customers have a clear, measurable path to develop the skills needed to translate AWS investment into sustained business performance,” said Drew Firment, VP of Global Partnerships at Pluralsight.
Archera: removing financial risk from AWS commitment
Enterprise customers migrating to AWS face a structural tension: committing to Reserved Instances and Savings Plans captures significant cost savings, but unpredictable workload usage during migration makes those commitments a financial risk. Archera’s free management platform and commitment insurance products bring flexibility and automation to cloud purchasing enabling Clearscale’s customers to commit aggressively from day one and capture full AWS savings without underutilization exposure.

“Clearscale’s Migration Superpod solves one of the hardest problems in enterprise cloud transformation: getting every critical capability under one accountable team, so migrations actually finish. The financial piece of that equation has always been a gap and Archera closes that gap. By joining the Superpod, we give Clearscale’s clients the ability to commit aggressively from day one with a Commitment Release Guarantee so they capture full AWS savings without taking on underutilization risk. The Superpod now covers the whole journey, including the economics,” said Aran Khanna, Co-Founder and CEO of Archera.
Matt Stoyka, CEO of Clearscale, on the expanded Superpod:
“When we built the Migration Superpod, we knew it would evolve as we identified the remaining friction points in enterprise migration. Adding Clearscale Cloud Academy and Archera completes the picture — our clients now have the right team, the right skills infrastructure, and the right financial structure to migrate with confidence and sustain that advantage long after go-live.”
