Clearscale Names Andi Rose as Chief Growth Officer
Clearscale, the AI-powered premier AWS partner known for helping organizations turn cloud chaos into clear results, announced today the promotion of Andi Rose to Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this role, Andi will lead the company’s growth strategy across revenue, go-to-market execution, partner expansion, and market development.
As CGO, Andi is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, accelerating Clearscale’s presence across key industries, and deepening strategic collaboration with the AWS sales and leadership teams. She will work closely with Clearscale’s delivery, engineering, and alliances organizations to ensure that customers have a clear and confident path to transformation with AWS.

Since joining Clearscale, Andi has been instrumental in shaping the company’s alliances strategy, expanding AWS partnership momentum, and helping customers unlock the business value of cloud and AI. Her promotion reflects both her impact and the company’s increasing investment in enabling enterprise organizations to modernize, migrate, and engineer the impossible on AWS.
Prior to this role, Andi served as Clearscale’s Vice President of Alliances, where she helped strengthen key relationships within the AWS Partner Network and accelerate cloud adoption across joint customers. With more than 20 years of experience in technology partnerships, enterprise growth strategy, and cloud innovation, she brings deep expertise in scaling high-growth organizations.
Andi lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her daughter, Averi. Outside of work, she enjoys flying and visiting the beaches along the NC Outer Banks.
